Personal data of site users is processed in the manner prescribed by current legislation, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”, the Law of Ukraine “On Information”, the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” and other regulatory acts.
The main provisions of the privacy policy regarding the processing of personal data.
Purpose of processing. Personal data is processed by “White App” in order to improve user interaction with “White App”, as well as for advertising and marketing purposes.
Basis of processing. Personal data is processed based on the user’s consent, which is provided in digital (electronic) form using the site’s digital tools.
Composition of personal data. Personal data includes all information about the user provided by the user by filling in the relevant information columns when filling out a feedback request on the site.
Processing order. Personal data is collected, accumulated and stored in digital (electronic) form on information carriers determined by “White App” during the period determined by “White App” and objectively necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing such data, but in any case at least three years.
Change, deletion or destruction of personal data is carried out by the independent decision of “White App” and/or at the request of the site user.
The transfer of personal data to third parties may be carried out only at the request of the relevant state authorities.
Measures to ensure the protection of personal data are determined separately on the basis of relevant decisions of “White App”. Measures to ensure the protection of personal data in any case must ensure their preservation, prevention of unauthorized third-party access to such data (disclosure) and/or their loss, unauthorized change, destruction.
User consent to the processing of personal data
The user, by filling in any relevant fields of the site, simultaneously gives his indefinite consent in digital (electronic) form to the processing of personal data provided by him in the manner prescribed by these rules.
Rights of the User as a subject of personal data
The buyer has all rights regarding his personal data provided by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”:
– know about the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing;
– to receive information about the conditions of granting access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
– to access your personal data;
– to receive an answer about whether his personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law;
– present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of his personal data;
– make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of your personal data by any owner and administrator of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;
– to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or provide data untimely, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or disgraces the honor, dignity and business reputation of a physical person individuals;
– file complaints about the processing of your personal data to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
– apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;
– enter a reservation regarding the limitation of the right to process your personal data when giving consent;
– withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
Processing of other information
When using the site, certain types of information may be processed, both personal data and information that is not personal data in the sense of current legislation.
Information about Users is processed during the use of the site thanks to, in particular:
– cookie files (files created by the site to store information about the user, simplify work with the site, allow you to save site settings, offer the most relevant information);
